National Career Technical Education Foundation (NCTEF) - NCTEF is a supporting arm of the National Association of State Directors of Career Technical Education Consortium (NASDCTEc). Under NASDCTEc, NCTEF receives grants to develop products and provide research to support Career Clusters in Perkins legislation.
