Career Clusters Plans of Study

These Career Clusters Plans of Study are samples comprised of a sequenced listing of courses, both academic and CTE/degree major, that connect learners' high school and postsecondary educational experiences. The Plans of Study also include a set of course descriptions for the CTE/degree major courses based on knowledge and skills statements for each Cluster and Pathway. These colorful presentation-quality samples are sold in Pathway sets that include the individual Pathway Plans of Study for each of the 16 Clusters (e.g., a set of three Pathway Plans of Study for the Architecture and Construction Career Cluster that represent its three Pathways) or they can be purchased in a set with all 81 Pathway Plans of Study (one for each Pathway across all 16 Career Clusters). Career Clusters Tour Guide Module 2: Implementation

This invaluable implementation guide is a toolkit designed to support state and local educational leaders as they introduce Career Clusters and their implementation to their education, business and industry and community partners. The Guide provides a thoughtful step-by-step process for implementation, with specific guides and resources on strategic planning, curriculum alignment, and the incorporation of the Career Clusters framework into an educational institution’s continuous improvement plan. Also included is a self-assessment rubric to help guide and gauge the implementation progress.
